I appreciated that he was very clear at explaining how everything works, and what we can do better on our end (in a very non-judgmental way!) He is kind, professional and attentive. 5 star service. Sean came out just a few hours after we called in the morning. Very friendly and professional. We thought there were mice in the walls after hearing some chewing through the walls overnight, but turns out it was probably just a critter outside rustling through the leaf pile along the house. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
