A tech was on the way to our house for an extra service and was in a fender bender. They had another tech who showed up exactly on time, despite this, and provided the service. I called Woods Pest Control on a Sunday and the next business day I got a call first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Leah did a spray around the perimeter of our home & set out mouse traps. She also knocked down wasps nest and spider webs. I was very impressed with Leah and the service provided.

They check in to make sure we have no issues and always address the ones we do have. It’s peace of mind that I can call with questions and someone will come out to answer and check anything out. We’ve been using Woods for our pest control since moving to Cottonwood back in 2015. All the techs have been amazing. Keith is our current tech and he’s great! I'm very happy with their service. They made the whole process very easy and were prompt in all their communications. I was able to set up everything over the phone and then sign the documents online. This was extremely helpful as I wasn't available to meet them in person due to my work schedule.
