We thought there were mice in the walls after hearing some chewing through the walls overnight, but turns out it was probably just a critter outside rustling through the leaf pile along the house. I really love Woods. We have had service with them for years after I met the owners because of a philanthropic gift they made to my organization. Over the years we have had steady and reliable service from a number of technicians there. Today was really exceptional. A tech was on the way to our house for an extra service and was in a fender bender. They had another tech who showed up exactly on time, despite this, and provided the service.
