Woods Pest Control is a great company. Wonderful. No more pests! Keith is our service technician and he always makes sure to do a most excellent job. He always checks to see if we have had any problems at all. He does a very thorough job. Since having Woods (and Keith!), we have not had one little itty bitty or big creepy problem.

Justin is very thorough and consistent every time. He remembers all of our request and is always very happy to accommodate us. I like his positive attitude and friendly personality. We have been using their service for years and never see any bugs, except maybe an occasional spider once in a while.

(I am not related to this company, FYI). David came and helped us out with some ants and he was GREAT! I appreciated that he was very clear at explaining how everything works, and what we can do better on our end (in a very non-judgmental way!) He is kind, professional and attentive. I'm very happy with their service. They made the whole process very easy and were prompt in all their communications. I was able to set up everything over the phone and then sign the documents online. This was extremely helpful as I wasn't available to meet them in person due to my work schedule.

I called Woods Pest Control on a Sunday and the next business day I got a call first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Leah did a spray around the perimeter of our home & set out mouse traps. She also knocked down wasps nest and spider webs. I was very impressed with Leah and the service provided.

I tried a different pest control service and was very unsatisfied so I came back to Woods in Redding. Jeremy is my technician. He is very efficient and personable. Always makes sure I'm not having any problems and tells me if I do to be sure and give him a call. So glad I switched back to Woods
