I appreciated that he was very clear at explaining how everything works, and what we can do better on our end (in a very non-judgmental way!) He is kind, professional and attentive. We had them come out today. We’re very very pleased . Keith was great!! Super informative and friendly! Did a great job taking care of both the inside & out! We had the start of a paper wasp nest which he had no trouble getting rid of! Highly recommend and will be getting the bi- monthly service for peace of mind! Also a footnote, they are willing to come back, should any problems arise free of charge!

We’ve been using Woods for our pest control since moving to Cottonwood back in 2015. All the techs have been amazing. Keith is our current tech and he’s great! Always friendly, asks if we have problems and he’s very efficient! I would recommend Woods to anyone looking for an excellent pest control company with conscientious employees who are top notch!

Over the years we have had steady and reliable service from a number of technicians there. Today was really exceptional. A tech was on the way to our house for an extra service and was in a fender bender. They had another tech who showed up exactly on time, despite this, and provided the service. I called Woods Pest Control on a Sunday and the next business day I got a call first thing in the morning and they came out the same day. Leah did a spray around the perimeter of our home & set out mouse traps. She also knocked down wasps nest and spider webs. I was very impressed with Leah and the service provided.

By far the best pest control company I’ve worked with. We have them come out bimonthly and the employees are always so kind and helpful! They check in to make sure we have no issues and always address the ones we do have. It’s peace of mind that I can call with questions and someone will come out to answer and check anything out. 5 star service. Sean came out just a few hours after we called in the morning. Very friendly and professional. We thought there were mice in the walls after hearing some chewing through the walls overnight, but turns out it was probably just a critter outside rustling through the leaf pile along the house. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
