Justin is very thorough and consistent every time. He remembers all of our request and is always very happy to accommodate us. I like his positive attitude and friendly personality. We have been using their service for years and never see any bugs, except maybe an occasional spider once in a while.

I really love Woods. We have had service with them for years after I met the owners because of a philanthropic gift they made to my organization. Over the years we have had steady and reliable service from a number of technicians there. Today was really exceptional. A tech was on the way to our house for an extra service and was in a fender bender. They had another tech who showed up exactly on time, despite this, and provided the service. We had them come out today. We’re very very pleased . Keith was great!! Super informative and friendly! Did a great job taking care of both the inside & out! We had the start of a paper wasp nest which he had no trouble getting rid of! Highly recommend and will be getting the bi- monthly service for peace of mind! Also a footnote, they are willing to come back, should any problems arise free of charge!

I tried a different pest control service and was very unsatisfied so I came back to Woods in Redding. Jeremy is my technician. He is very efficient and personable. Always makes sure I'm not having any problems and tells me if I do to be sure and give him a call. So glad I switched back to Woods

Professional and thorough

We’ve been using Woods for our pest control since moving to Cottonwood back in 2015. All the techs have been amazing. Keith is our current tech and he’s great! Always friendly, asks if we have problems and he’s very efficient! I would recommend Woods to anyone looking for an excellent pest control company with conscientious employees who are top notch!
