I really love Woods. We have had service with them for years after I met the owners because of a philanthropic gift they made to my organization. Over the years we have had steady and reliable service from a number of technicians there. Today was really exceptional. A tech was on the way to our house for an extra service and was in a fender bender. They had another tech who showed up exactly on time, despite this, and provided the service. 5 star service. Sean came out just a few hours after we called in the morning. Very friendly and professional. We thought there were mice in the walls after hearing some chewing through the walls overnight, but turns out it was probably just a critter outside rustling through the leaf pile along the house. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
